On Thursday, the popular politician put out a call on her Twitter account saying she wanted to visit islands of the not-so-famous so she could leave some doodles.

AOC opened her DMs for four minutes, where she reported a surprising lack of trolling. 'Honestly never in my life did I think opening my DMs would grant me faith in humanity but the brief window actually resulted in a lot of these messages being very wholesome,' she tweeted. 'People are asking for surprise visits to their spouse’s islands!! This is the love everyone deserves.'
