The R Project for Statistical Computing Getting Started. R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. It compiles and runs on a wide variety of UNIX platforms, Windows and MacOS. WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) was joined by Senators Shelley Moore Capito and Joe Manchin as well as Reps. David McKinley and Alex Mooney in sending a letter to the Biden Administration urging its prioritization of West Virginia in the next round of COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
